Coaching uses guided inquiry to assist clients in accessing their capacity to question assumptions, explore new approaches, address blindspots, and make bold decisions. Each engagement is tailored to the unique personality, challenges, and goals identified by the client. Co-active coaching in individual and group environments calls for deep, active listening to the client, posing “fierce questions” augmented with exercises and tools to evoke the reflection and self-awareness that are key to assisting clients in setting a course of action to achieve meaningful outcomes. The agenda comes from the client; the work is a collaborative process of reflection. Through coaching, individuals and teams are supported in a dynamic process of exploration. Coaching encourages individuals to probe their personal and professional aspirations, defining experiences and style of personal learning in pursuit of increased impact and effectiveness.
Executive Coaching
Designed to nurture professional growth and personal development of executives leading teams and organizations.
Competency in emotional intelligence, confident and informed decision-making, managerial courage, executive presence, and strong communication are some of the areas addressed that will enable executives to be high performers and achieve success.

Group and Team Coaching
Group and team coaching programs are offered via online and in-person workshops.
